*Billing Policy*

Monthly transportation payments for the school year are divided over 10 months, August-May (rather than 10 months - September 1-June 1). If you start your transportation services after September 1, your payments will continue through June.  Our policy ensures that we can pay our staff for the entire school year through June especially if the year is extended due to inclement weather makeup days.

 

Customer agrees that by using the transport services, automatic payments for the monthly transportation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file and will be processed on the date due.  Customer agrees to keep an updated card on file with the company until services are no longer needed.

 

Please note that we have no desire to increase revenue by charging late fees or to suspend services due to non-payment but deem it very necessary if monthly payments are not made by the 3rd.  Should your card payment decline, we will charge a $50 late fee and require another form of payment.  Services will be suspended until your account is made current.  One of our top priorities is to ensure that our staff members are very happy and compensated consistently and one time. This is the key to our staff staying with us for the entire school year and retaining GREAT DRIVERS!

REFUND POLICY

  • A two-week notice (2 weeks) must be provided VIA EMAIL in the event you wish to cancel transportation services.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS IN ANY AMOUNT WILL BE GIVEN IF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IS CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AGREED TERM (OR END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR)  ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE, YOU MUST UTILIZE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR AGREED UPON TERM.

Examples of One Way Trips:

  • We pick up the student from your home.

  • We transport the student to school

Or

  • We pick up the student from school

  • We transport the student to extracurricular activity/practice

Or

  • We pick up the student from extracurricular activity/practice

  • We transport the student to home

 

Example of Round Trip:

  • We pick up the student from your home and transport the student to school

  • We pick up the student from school and transport student home

Or

  • We pick up the student from your home and transport student to extracurricular activity/practice

  • We pick up the student from extracurricular activity/practice and transport student home

Program Registration Fees: 

 $225 (Non-Refundable) 

Required for all services to hold a reservation for the entire school year.

WAITING LISTS ARE SECURED BY THE REGISTRATION FEE AND ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Payment-(Pre-payment is required for all services)

 

  • All billing is done electronically monthly with a major debit or credit card

  • Payments are due before services are rendered

 

  •  We do not prorate transportation services for students. Whether you use our service 1 day per week,  5 days per week, 20 days per month or 10 days per month you must pay for the full week or month of service. Example: School is open Monday-Wednesday but closed Thursday-Friday. You are responsible for the entire week of service. Example: school is open December 1-18 but closed December 19-December 31 for Christmas Break. You are responsible for the entire month of service. The same applies for Spring Break, etc...

 

  • All payments are due MONTHLY on the 1st day of each month. After the 3rd day of the month @ 12am, a late fee of $50 will be assessed to your account.
